"Food that's the simple answer. but not just any food, good food, fun Food, food that requires thought and creativity. Food that is some amazing that when we eat it, we become more then just dinners, more then just chefs, we become artists. and in so doing we discover ourselves and the cultures that we live in."

This is us in a nutshell, and by us I mean myself, you, and anyone else who cares to join in this crazy adventure of ours. you see The Fork and Easel is a lot more then just somewhere to find tonight's dinner,yeah you might be able to find that here, but that not why we are here.

The primary purpose of this blog is what I call "The list" its all the best places across america to eat. the secondary purpose it to encourage each other to think outside the box while we are cooking, in this spirite, when you look up ideas on this page you wont find any actual recipes, well at least not many, this isn't because I don't want to share, I love to share. I don't post any recipes so you get the chance to experience this food for yourself, through your own taste buds. so please take my dishes and run with them, if you get stuck or it doesn't turn out say something and we will all learn together.
